I always love silver bullet/toolbox/combo decks so this is one of my favs. I've reworked the mana base and cut out some fat in favor of some target removal. The basic strategy of the deck is to react to what the opponent is giving you and win with a multitude of ways. The key slivers besides the commander of course that need to be on the field are  {Manaweft Sliver} or  {Gemhide Sliver} Because the engine cant turn without the abundance of mana for tutoring. The next would have to be  {Quick Sliver} because flashing in a  {Crystalline Sliver} or  {Sliver Hivelord} is a beating and of course just getting a random sliver EOT for value is always great. The last one that in my mind is a cog that makes this deck run so fluidly is  {Heart Sliver} or  {Blur Sliver}. Having your slivers come in and tap for mana or other tap abilities is extremely important especially when flash is a factor. This deck does start out slow but if it starts rolling it's extremely hard to slow down let alone stop.

Some win cons built into the deck are of course swarming with a bunch of slivers. Easy to do with  {Sliver Queen} And other random slivers. Commander damage is also pretty easy to do when  {Sliver Overlord} Is already a 7/7. A new fav is swinging with a bunch of little slivers that the opponent doesn't fear and flashing a  {Virulent Sliver}. This win con is for the inf life gain decks specifically. Besides that there are many combos and little tricks built in. You can be a jerk and land lock the opponent with  {Telekinetic Sliver}, or never let the opponent have a creature with  {Constricting Sliver}. Of course this deck is weak to early removal. If you kill the gemhide early or kill overlord a few times the deck is just a bunch of random creatures. Luckily even if the deck is messed with and slowed down it still has the potential to get rolling because all it really needs is mana

I've got a few slivers in mind that aren't that amazing or needed in the deck and would like some suggestions on stuff to put in because I doubt I've thought of every card

Edit: took out  {Striking Sliver} In favor of {Cyclonic Rift}, the friendship killer.

I'm replying to much to my own post but I saw a few posts using symbols to show the pimped status of their decks so I borrowed the idea 😂. Also made a list of cards I like for the deck possibly

My play group has a ban on coat of arms because of how crazy it gets to do math. My sliver tribal, friends have allies,  goblins, vampires.... It's just a pain
