so let's say I have {Garruk relentless} on the field. My opponent has a generic 1/1. I have Garruk deal 3 damage to it. It deals 1 damage to him. He flips. My question: Can I activate him again? Is he considered a new walker?
He's being flipped not leaving the battle field so you can't use his ability again this turn.
