iOS 9 on my iPhone known issues. I want to transfer my decks and purchases to imtg2. What is the easiest way to accomplish that task?

Purchases are seperate for the two apps, so transferring those can't be done.
As for decks: I think a backup through Dropbox can be loaded into imtg II.
Otherwise post them on the forum and use load into deck builder.
The easiest is to use backup and restore through the same Dropbox account.
Try: Main Menu -> Settings -> Tools -> backup options there.
The other way would be to move iMtG.database file in iTunes app between the document containers in iMtG and iMtG II, if you know what I mean. This is preferred for IT savvy people as you will keep more settings and your downloaded prices.

Correct, although in the future upgrading purchases from iMtG to iMtG Plus (currently iMtG II) will be possible. One of the reasons why it is not possible at the moment is that it was technically difficult to accomplish with iOS6. Next update to iMtG will be iOS9 based.
