{March from the Tomb} might be better than {Rally the Ancestors} here.

Id cut one march and one bone splinter and throw two rally the ancestors in it's a great card for ally's

March will get you 3-4 allies, and you get to keep them. Think March > Rally, especially with this deck having only {drana's emissary} as Rally creature that benefits from multiple triggers in one turn.

I built something similar but I focused on the life triggers.  I used a couple of {Brutal Hordechief} and a full set of {Foul-Tongue Shriek}.  Also used the {Mardu Shadowspear} and an extra Gideon.  Designed it to be a fast aggro-burn deck, using the allies for the finish.

Im saying take one out rally the ancestors with a healer in play and cuttthroat with like 4-5 creatures that's 8-10 life right there plus for defense...that pones
