I think a great option would be, if settings you change for cards in the binder, such as quality, language and foilness, would be updated on your personal page too. Right now you can manually edit your page to include this info, but if I update my page, the changes will be deleted.
I don't know if this is a possibility in the current version, but if it is, I would appreciate the implementation. Tx.

I think you can /half/ do this already, as long as you buy the language translations.
Go to Binders from the main menu, click on your trade binder, click on the card that you want to make foil/different language, and in the box that pops up, you can change its condition, foilyness. However, i dont have the language translations, so idk if that works..
Short answer: Idk if the language pops up, but the foilyness does

Weird. I have the language packs, made a specific trade binder for my foreigns and foils, yet when I update my PP, I don't see any remarks on language or shiny.
