Just to be clear: you are aware that you are not able to use Radha's mana for anything other than instants or cards with flash correct? The mana disappears between the combat phase and second main phase.

I only ask because it seems out of place to use her as your commander for a ramp deck when she doesn't really help with your mana ramp a lot besides being a 2 mana elvish mystic
