I decided to make a deck around {Kresh the Bloodbraided} for three main reasons...

1: His art is amazing.
2: My friends are /kinda/ getting sick of {Arcanis the Omnipotent}.
And 3: Because i wanted to try a different style deck instead of control.

In this deck, you are trying to get Kresh to become a 21/21 or higher, and swing for lethal.  There aren't any cards that say "if you cast this card and XYZ happens, you win the game" in this deck.  However, there are cards that I definitely cannot win the game without, and this deck tech should show you which cards I am talking about, and what they do.

This deck has many different kinds of creatures that can pump up {Kresh the Bloodbraided}. For example, some creatures die when they hit the field, others die at your end step, and some are sac outlets.  Even if I dont draw into the 3-4 cards that could instantly win the game for me, I still have multiple options.

1 Converted Mana Cost:

{Ingot Chewer} - Envoke is a very useful key-word in this edh deck, since I can use it to get Kresh some cheap counters, and I get a bonus effect.

{Phrexian Dreadnaught} - So. Many. Counters.

{Vexing Devil} - Either Kresh gets stronger, or I have a 4/3 for {R}.

2 Converted Mana Cost:

{Shriekmaw} - 3 counters plus a /"{Doom Blade}"/ for 2 mana. .win.

3 Converted Mana Cost:

{Avatar of Discord} - I can either discard the two to have an early creature, or I can pay 3 to get 5 Kresh counters. {#options}

{Force of Savagery} - Right when I saw this card, it instantly got added to the deck.... Sooo much value.

{Spitebellows} - usually a 2-fer-1 if they have a small enough creature.

4 Converted Mana Cost:

{Cloudthresher} - Isn't evoke fun? 7 +1/+1's and he has flash, and hes a built in Ping-ball-machine? Yes plz.

{Nova Chaser} - 10. Friggen. Counters.

5 Converted Mana Cost:

{Walker of the Grove} - 7 counters and a free 4/4.

{Hellspark Elemental} - A baby {Ball Lightning with unearth.

3 Converted Mana Cost:

{Ball Lightning} - 6/1 with trample plus 6 counters for Kresh.. ✨MVP✨

{Cosmic Larva} - Nice early wall / 7 counters.

{Ravaging Riftwurm} - Delayed sacrifice, lets me play hime turn ~4ish, then sacrifice him when kresh is not affected by summoning sickness anymore :)

7 Converted Mana Cost:

{Doomgape} 10 life plus 10 counters = 10/10 would recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽

3 Converted Mana Cost:

{Varolz, the Scar-Striped} - One of the ceapest sac-outlets in this deck, plus it gives my GY scavenge.. (Scavenging {Nova Chaser} = win)

4 Converted Mana Cost:

{Mogis, God of Slaughter} - You can't spell Slaughter without Laughter, and ill be laughing, while Mogis is.... Slaughing?  Slaying?  Ehh, you get the point.

{Shattergang Brothers} - {#2 for 1 special}

5 Converted Mana Cost:

{Ghoulcaller Gisa} - Sac effect that gives me creatures to sac.... Yup, you heard me right.

7 Converted Mana Cost:

{Doomgape} - Kills creatures, and gains me life.

{Sheoldred, Whispering One} - Kresh gets bigger and bigger EACH and EVERY upkeep >:D.

{Attrition} - Awesome sac-outlet, because he also hits my opponents dudes.

4 Converted Mana Cost:

{Birthing Pod} - No matter what I sac, it always finds something.  Well... I'm 90% sure it always finds something.

5 Converted Mana Cost:

{Perilous Forays} - This provides some crazy ramp.

{Vraska the Unseen} - Her -3: destroy TARGET non-land permanent.

Unblockable/Indestructible

I have Indestructable effects so that once a boardwipe is used, Kresh can survive; And I have Unblockable effects for if Kresh gets up to a 21/21, he wont get chump blocked.

(Unblockable) {Rogues Passage} - This has helped me win more games than any other card ( other than Kresh ;) )

(Unblockable) {Shizo, Death's Storehouse} - gives Kresh fear, which is amazing against {W}/{U}/{R}/{G} decks

2 Converted Mana Cost:

(Indestructible) {Regeneration} - Lets me boardwipe everything, get counters on Kresh, and keep him alive :D

3 Converted Mana Cost:

(Indestructible) {Darksteel Plate} - 'Cuz indestructible.

(Unblockable) {Mage Slayer} - Straight up awesome card.  Causes ALOT of hurt.  Only downside, is that it doesn't deal commander damage :/

(Unblockable) {Whispersilk Cloak} - Unblockable AND Shroud :)

3 CmC: {Mage Slayer} - TAKE THAT CHUMP BLOCKERS!!!
4 CmC: {Mogis, God of Slaughter} - Again, laughter.
5 CmC: {Perilous Forays} - Ramp City.
6 CmC: {Mikeaus the Unhallowed} - Double dying triggers are great.  All the time.
7 CmC: {Doomgape} - 10 PT sac-outlet.

 {Mikaeus, the Unhallowed} is great there. Double dying triggers for your creatures.
Combine with {cauldron of souls} and a sac outlet and your Kresh is just gonna kill.

Another nice one is {goblin war drums} & {familiar ground}. However, that will reduce combat deaths.

I would cut some cards that don't add synergy. You only get 99 slots and you can fill them all with goodies. Things like {tormod's crypt} (while a good random hate card against some generals, completely useless against others), and {withstand death}. There's too much removal in edh to spend a slot on just trying to save one guy without any other effect. Again, if your playing against a blue counterspell deck, you will have a basically dead card. I would try to go for cards that either add synergy to your deck, or just ramp hard as hell since your playing green and edh.

How about {Mage slayer} to get damage through or {darksteel plate} to survive wipes?

{Melira, Sylvok outcast} goes infinite with persist creature, {woodfall primus} etc.

Also evoke creatures {ingot chewer} {spitebellows} {shiekmaw}. Counters and removal = more counters

Why not add {Varolz, the Scar Striped} to take full advantage of the death trigger of Kresh?

Also, no {Phyrexian Dreadnought}?  12 counters for 1 mana seems too good to pass up.

Small nitpick/errata/addendum on the deck tech.
While {Mage slayer} will push damage through, it isn't strictly unblockable, since this damage will not be commander damage.

NP. It's a small thing, but since you noted going for 21 commander damage, I figured it was relevant.

 {Kessig Wolf Run} And {Grim Backwoods} for some utility lands.
{Fleshbag Marauder} And {Merciless Executioner} seem amazing in here.

Also {Solidarity of Heroes} doesn't seem bad.  {Temur Battle Rage} for quick kill.

Idk about the utility lands though. I tried them out for a while, but it ended up being a dead card (i needed red mana but only got colorless :/ )

But the others are definetly getting in :)

{Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord} seems decnt in this deck.
