Title: Dragon shield sleeves
Post by: Codester1991 on September 14, 2015, 03:38:15 PM
pretty upsetting I bought a box of copper sleeves online, when I opened them and sleeved up my commander deck I realized the box only had 98 instead of the 100. If there had been 99 that would've been fine I would've just sleeved my commander up in a different sleeve but nooo now I have to buy another box of sleeves I'm never gonna use just to get the single sleeve I need to make my commander deck legal -.-

I guess whichever fuss you prefer: Calling a company or paying for 100 sleeves which you only use 2 lol

Most likely worth it, they'll probably send you a whole box of free sleeves, at no cost (maybe s&h). I've had experiences with bad or missing merchandise, contacted where I bought it from, and they are normally very friendly if you are cooperative and friendly to them. But that's just my experience (also that was with computer parts, not sleeves)

Just got off the phone with SCG they're gonna send me a box for free. They originally were gona send me a new box have me put the other sleeve in the old box and send it back but I was like "no that's way too much of a hassle for 2 sleeves. I'll just buy some new ones and go halves with somebody" and then they got in touch with a manager and said that I'm a good customer so they'll send me a fresh new box. Woo.

Most boxes usually have 1-2 extra, if you get lucky and get 2 extra you can probably sleeve 2 edh decks.

There's no need for having two EDH decks in the same sleeves lol that just sounds like a headache lll

I use the same sleeves for all my decks. Makes it really easy to swap cards if needed.

Also if you ever decide to make a cube, it's nice having all the same sleeves

Rather than spending 100-250 on sleeves and perfect fits

I use same sleeves for decks I use with similar land bases. But when it's an entirely different deck altogether I switch the sleeves up.

On that note, anyone have any ideas for obtaining bulk amounts of Dragon Shields? I'm trying to sleeve a cube.

I was thinking of doing that once, but I was considering using KMCs and I remember finding them in bulk somewhere. I'll see if I can find that link again.

Edit: it's all in the website name :P http://www.cheapmagicsleeves.com/mix-and-match-dragon-shield-sleeves-for-magic-the-gathering-cards-600ct/

More googling and a bit of reddit led me to this:
