Their abilities will work regardless if you have enough devotion.

Alright thanks, if My {Epochrasite} gets destroyed while {Athreos, God of passage} is in play will it get returned to my hand if my opponent chooses so or will it suspend?

You can decide how the stack is ordered to determine whichever method you want.

If you put Epochrasite's trigger on the stack and then Atheros', you'll resolve Athreos' first. If your opponent pus 3 life, the Epochrasite's trigger will resolve and exile the card with suspend counters.

If your opponent opts to put the creature back in your hand, however, Epochrasite's trigger will find nothing in the graveyard and will fizzle.

Griffin in spot on, but for completeness' sake, you can also stack the {epichrasite} trigger on top of the Athreos trigger. Epo will be suspended, then your opponent may pay 3 life. Even if he does, however, epo will stay suspended. He will not go back to the graveyard, or to your hand if the opponent doesn't pay.

Yet another question about this card, just want to make sure I'm square with the rules before I invest time and money into this deck.

My {mishra's factory} is attacking and is destroyed during combat, I am assuming that yes {Athreos, God of passage} will trigger since it is a creature dying until it hits the graveyard and becomes a land and return it to my hand unless my opponent pays the 3 life. Am I correct in my thinking? Thanks in advance.
