Here is what I have so far. I'm still in the process of getting cards for it. The focus is Mirri taking people out starting T2. At the same time I'm trying to have a resilient base if Mirri can't quite push through. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

33 {Swamp}
{Toxic Deluge} Is a must in every black EDH deck. Also, {Shade's Form} on your commander. Because totem armor is cool.
{nirkana revenant}, {urborg, tomb of yawgmoth} for {cabal coffers}, {caged sun}, {necropotence} has a bff: {vensor's journal}. {reliquary tower} also needed if you run necropotence. I choose to run {ivory tower} also in my {geth, lord of the vault} mono black edh. {go for the throat} and {tragic slip} are likely my best removal spells. {sickening shoal} can be the biggest blowout. I also run {darkness} since there's usually one big all in swing at the end of the game and no one expects it.
Is urborg really worth it for those 5 lands that are not swamps?
Odds are any multicolor deck will thank you for fixing their mana rather then benefitting you.

I assume as they build the deck they will find more utility lands as there are so many great ones. {maze of ith}, {temple of the false god}, {cavern of souls}, {petrified field}, {deserted temple} are just the ones off the top of my head that could instantly be added here other then the necessary {reliquary tower} as stated above.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I really like {Shade's Form}. I will be adding more utility lands as I get them, so Urborg will be going in.

Thanks! Haha I had forgotten that I had commented on this already! But if your main focus is to get her out earlier than T4, you should add in cards like {Crystal Vein}, {Mana Vault}, and (if you have the $$$ for it) {Mana Crypt}!

I don't really have the money for crypt, but I will definitely add a vault. And possibly the vein.

If he would add swamp walk effects then it would benefit him greatly
{Shizo, Death's Storehouse} and {Rogue's Passage} since your going all in with your General.
Also, since your running Lash equipment, run {Strata Scythe}. It's the same thing. And, if you end up running {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}, it becomes one of the most powerful equipment pieces you have in the deck. It's seriously gross.

Unfortunately the interaction of {strata scythe} imprinting basic {swamp} does not provide pumps from nonbasics not named swamp. While {urborg, tomb of yawgmoth} gives every land the land type swamp, it doesn't change their name to {swamp.}
