my LGS has it. Anyone know if it's any good?

Wizards bought the heroscape company so they could use the hex tile set up and playstyle, actually really cool
Hex play makes me think civ V & heroes of nerath. (d&d boardgame). I like both very much, though one player can set up the board while the other three play a FFA commander game, in the case of Nerath.
I would say no: don't ever see anyone play this at my lgs
