You can change the colors around and use {Pyrohemia} if you want to make it modern.

If you do so, then take a look at {Spitemare} and {Boros Reckoner}. Also {Blasphemous Act}.

EDIT: if you go with {Boros reckoner}, {Nykthos, shrine to nyx} could work. 5 devotion out of reckoner + Pyro alone.
With hybrid W/R U/R things you could even do without other red mana sources.
