i am planning to play standard again, its been since urzas saga since i last played, no standard, just type 1 or 2 or 1.5, returned in avacyn, and played legacy and edh, tought i could stick to that cuz i could not leave my sneak and show deck and now, i see a lot of good cards from ktk, and now im decided to play standard, buti dunno what to play/use, color..

as of now i want a

mono white or

mono red or

combination of both (boros)

any idea? on which is better to use

Get that Eldrazi thag sacs things and throw Ulamog in your opponent's face.

Sam Black played an awesome white devotion deck in the world magic championships. He went 4-0 in the standard portion with it and that got him to top 8 where he lost to the eventual winner of the tournament. Here's the decklist:

Edit: while a few of these cards like Brimaz are rotating I think they could be replaced.

I don't think that's true. The cards are still powerful. {mastery of the unseen} is still really good.

But devotion loses a big mana accelerator with Nykthos.
A creature heavy warriors deck could still benefit fine from mastery though..
