Id like to know of some amazing green ramp that doesn't see as much play (for example, NOT cultivate, skyshroud claim, boundless realms and the like.)
Any pet cards of yours that you like to use for ramp?
{Walking Atlas}. There's an elf that does the same thing... {Elvish Pioneer} no {Skyshroud Ranger}. Also found this {Budoka Gardener}. Rather unconventional ramp.
If you've got chumps/recurring creatures {perilous forays}
Animist awakening is pretty legit
{Frontier Guide} is cool. Not all that good, but cool.
{boundless realms}, {skyshroud claim}.
{Sakura tribe elder} {elvish mystic} {llanovar elves} {birds of paradise} {voyagin satyr} {noble hierarch} {Primeval titan} {Azusa lost but seeking}
Those are good ramp creatures
{summer bloom} is nice

Do note that {primeval Titan} is banned in commander though.
{Edge of Autumn}
{Hunting Wilds}

Oops, my apologies.

I thought that thats what {dryad arbor} was meant for
I used to just toss in {mox emerald}, but then it appears to be banned in commander as well ;)
Forest, {Green Sun's Zenith} for zero to grab {Dryad Arbor} is some sick ramp.
{realms uncharted}.
It's like {gifts ungiven} for lands
Also great synergy with {crucible of worlds}
I think {Recross the Paths} Is one of my pet ramp cards now. Being able to do it multiple times feels great. Plus, it's ANY land card you hit. :)
{Journeyer's Kite}, though technically not ramp, will get you your basics to put into play with like {exploration} or {fastbond}
