Looking to assemble a deck built around green and white for a friend.
He enjoys being active on turns but still able to fly under the radar. So I chose {Selvala, Explorer Returned}!
I know this is rather vague, but any ideas?
{Trostani, Selesnya's voice} and {Rhys the redeemed } could be fun.
Both of those would be Amazing, the first thing I think of with Rhys is A TON OF ELVES. Fearful Elves......all the tokens

{Dragonlord Dromoka} Can be quite an interesting deck with different ways to go about it.
1. He can be a voltron style commander. While he doesn't have hexproof like his flying angel buddy {Sigarda, Host of Herons}, he does have an amazing ability of "your opponents can't do .poo. on your turn." That means no countering your .poo., no cyclonic rifting on your turn, no nada. Plus, if they want to kill him, they have to wait till their turn to do so, so equipt him with greaves/swift foot boots and go ham!
2. He can be a combo hard lock. You can build this bad boy as a combo deck, where when you need to combo, you either drop him the turn before or after, thus making your combo impossible to deal with or answer. This route seems less fun to me but its all whatever you want.
{Aura Shards} and {Ajani, Mentor of Heroes}. Look up the RTR Selesnya cards ad find inspiration there. Even original Ravnica {Tolsimir Wolfblood} or {Wilt-Leaf Liege}
{Voice of Resurgence}, {Loxodon Smiter}, {Selesnya Charm}, {Advent of the Wurm}, {Armada Wurm}, {Call of thr Conclave}, {Collective Blessing}, {Wayfaring Temple}, {Kitchen Finks}.
Just some ideas.

{Novablast Wurm} and {Autochthon Wurm}
Because big is cool.
