So is the app getting a facelift? Seems as though things are being switched around and certain areas are missing

Well soon must be now because my app is missing the "welcome" section and a bunch of that stuff.
This is because you did not tap on the section name yet, perhaps? ;)
Also, 'soon' for someone with a 300 years plan could be years.
