Are there any other cards that work as well as {Spike Feeder} with {Archangel of Thune} for infinite life and +1/+1 counters?
No
There's Feeder & {Mikaeus, the Unhallowed} or {Marchesa, the Black Rose} + Sac outlet.
But they don't yield the same results.
(Just infinite lives/die/etb for one, infinite lives+sac outlet's effect + die/etb for the other).
{cradle of vitality} does do the same as Thune, but for {1}{W} so not infinite.
{Kitchen Finks} & mika is pretty efficient too, but again, no infinite +1/+1 on its own.

To build on this, {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} + {Archangel of Thune} + Sac outlet + Persist makes infinite life gain and +1/+1's.
