Enables advanced Trading functionality, such as loading offers from Gathering PMs.
Advanced Trading is one of paid modules in iMtG and iMtG II*, to be found in Main Menu -> Shop.
It was added to the app after total price sum of other paid modules exceeded price of I'll Have it All and it is my policy to keep it this way.
