Have they posted the pre made decks for avacyn (sp)

Why didn't they make then the colors of the new dualies? There were two but the others weren't.
They are up now.
Intro Decks are known to be underpowered. They are just there to highlight certain concepts within the new set. Now Event decks on the other hand... 8)
