I need a way to cause {Emrakul, the aons torn} to sweep an elf deck under the rug.
this deck has been a thorn in my side in a multiplayer game time and time again.
Right now im looking at Equipping emmy with a {hedron matrix} and tossing an {Eldrazi conscription} on her and swinging for crazy...
im ramping like a fool so within reason do not be afraid of needing 15-20 colorless mana in a single turn...

Could not agree more. I dot think a single Emmy is going to put a tribal elf deck on the ropes. Elves are low cost- they're basically rabbits who carry weapons and have relatively cool abilities.

As long as {All is Dust} wouldn't hurt your board state- I'm assuming it won't since you're using eldrazi already- I would say use that instead so you can use Ugin's + to help keep pesky elves off the table after the wipe.
Just put those elves in their rightful place, the graveyard.

Why are you using {emrakul, the eons torn} when you can cast {bronze sable} for 13 less mana?

Cast on 3, respond on a cast with {Power Conduit} or {Coretapper}.
EDIT: happen to be working on both an aggro Eldrazi EDH as well as a combo "charged Karn", which totally abuses charge counters.

I have a first draft ready on Cockatrice. I'll see if I can upload it later today.
I chose to have Karn as commander just to build colorless, but the {U} artifact commanders might give stronger options, such as access to the {aphetto alchemist} / {illusionist's bracers} nastiness. Those two + {coretapper} + {darksteel reactor} = I win..
EDIT: {coalition relic} Or {grindclock} + {power conduit} in favor of {coretapper} makes this tutorable for {Arcum daggson}, should you want to lose friends.
