With the "draw a card" attached, it is easily one of the vmbest enablers for this deck.

Agree. That's why I was looking for a spot.
Boa's seemed to be a good cut, but then I realized there was no use for the Umbra, other then protect from a kill spell once.
Then I found this lovely gem of ramp vs blue, so figured it could replace umbra.
So mindbend and choke to lock down their lands? Lol
