When {Remand} counters a flashback spell, the card will be exiled instead of returning to owner's hand. Could someone explain why?
Nvm, I read up the flashback ability. Now I know
For others that might wonder why:
702.33a (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=702.33a): Flashback appears on some instants and sorceries. It represents two static abilities: one that functions while the card is in a player's graveyard and another that functions while the card is on the stack. "Flashback [cost]" means "You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost" and "If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack." Casting a spell using its flashback ability follows the rules for paying alternative costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2e–g.
The key: it's exiled as it leaves the stack.
So even a {green sun's zenith} that was discarded and flashed back with {snapcaster Mage} would be exiled, and not shuffled in your library.
It doesn't bounce the card back to the players hand? Can I see a ruling on this?
So if f a Flashback card EVER leaves the stack, it's exiled?

I would like to direct your attention to the post above. Rule 702.33a.
"..... If flashback cost was paid, exile it.... ANY TIME it would leave the stack"

Yup
What if a rebound card was casted with flashback?

Trick question...
It wasn't cast from hand if it was cast with flashback ;)
Seriously, though:
702.87a (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=702.87a): Rebound appears on some instants and sorceries. It represents a static ability that functions while the spell is on the stack and may create a delayed triggered ability. "Rebound" means "If this spell was cast from your hand, instead of putting it into your graveyard as it resolves, exile it and, at the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost."
So: if a card was cast from hand, then you'd exile it instead of putting it in the graveyard, and it is cast again at your next upkeep.
Flashback says: exile the spell instead of putting it anywhere else.
So we have two replacement effects wanting to do something to our resolving spell.
As the controller, you choose the order. So you could apply rebound first, the card is exiled with a delayed trigger for next upkeep. THEN flashback says: you leave the stack, wherever you would go, go to exile!
Ok, it was heading there anyway. The trigger will still find it, it would rebound.
HOWEVER: note that the rebound only triggers if cast from HAND, and you cast a spell for its flashback cost from the GRAVEYARD, so this interaction will NEVER happen.
An interaction of this kind would happen with {leyline of the void} for example, which also exiled instead.
