I don't think so...however {Rule of Law} would lock everyone out.

What I was thinking is as long as the trigger from knowledge pool is o. The stack u can't cast sorcery spells

(((The thing is, {knowledge pool} overwrites timing rules. You can cast any nonland card exiled with Pool as part of its resolution.)))

From Teferi rulings:

25-9-2006   If an ability lets an opponent cast a spell as part of its effect (such as Isochron Scepter's ability does), that opponent can't cast that spell since the currently resolving ability is still on the stack.

Your assumption is completely correct.
The fun part is, when they try to cast something, or are forced to somehow, it still ends up in the pool for you to cast.

EDIT: just realized, if you want to force casts, they'd have to do it as part of an effects resolution. Bummer, unless {mindslaver} lock is added, but by that time you'll probably don't need their spells anymore.
