Can somebody explain the interactions of {celestial dawn} on a non-white deck, and also multi colored including white decks?

It causes, in a nonwhite EDH deck, all of their lands to produce colorless mana. In a white or part white EDH, it acts like a {Chromatic Lantern}.

The interaction is {celestial dawn} + mono colored decks = sadness.
