When Soul Warden/Essence Warden/Soul's Attendant's ability triggers, and multiple creatures enter the battlefield at the same time, do you gain life for each creature that entered the battlefield? In addition, if multiple creature tokens enter the battlefield at the same time, do you gain life for each creature token that entered?
