You play dryad as a land, so yes, barring other effects, no (other) land drop.

If you are playing legacy the better move would be to play a land then {green sun's zenith} for zero and fetch a dryad arbor

I missed the part where the card says "this card is green" i normally only read the text of the stuff ip above.

The "this card is green" text has been replaced by a color indicator, such as also seen on the back of double-faced cards. That's why it isn't in the oracle text anymore. Text-changing abilities can't change its color anymore because of that tiny change.
