can anyone tell me what rotates out with the next set in sept 2015? I am hearing different things and don't know where to look online

The BfZ block will be the first in the 2-block structure.
The "blocks" that will rotate in this transition period will be "khans-fate" and "dragons-Origins".

That's for the next transition period though.
