4 Ojutais Command seems terrible I can see 1-2 but 4? No way. I'd definitely shave it down. I love 4 Keral Keep though that card will be insane :P
Also I feel like Jeskai Tempo needs Rabbles I'm not a huge fan of Harbinger in this deck so maybe swap for Rabbles and if you're making this list rotation friendly then I'd suggest monastery mentor instead of Harbinger

Since you're so heavy on the commands and on sorceries, maybe {Jace, Vryn's Prodigy}? Seems pretty sweet getting EoT planeswalkers that buy back your {Exquisite Firecraft}s.
