I wanna know what I can do make this deck stronger quicker or better
I feel like Nahiri is not much more then a repeating token generator. You don't have equipment to abuse with her except the one she makes herself.
On the other hand I feel like the deck is going in two directions. You start with aggressive board presence with loads of warriors, and late game start wiping the board, going into control-mode.
If you want to be faster, I'd recommend looking at your late game answers and cutting some of these wrath effects for more boost effects (anthems), things like {Captain of the Watch} also create more creatures.
If you want a planes walker to replace Nahiri, I feel that Ajani could do better work.
{Ajani Goldmane}, {Ajani Steadfast} or even {Ajani, Caller of the Pride}. While slower on buffing your creatures, if you can protect caller you can have a bombload of 2/2 tokens entering when you get to use his -8

As counters are one of my specialties, I'll help you out. A card you need is {Doubling Season} . If you do this, maybe add in a couple of forests or just make your deck in general 2/3 white and 1/3 green. As Kaylesh said, Ajani will help you out too. And mybe check out the newest Nissa, but there are definitely other green and white planeswalkers better than her. But definitely remove Nahiri. As your deck seems to focus a lot on creatures, {Juniper Order Ranger} might help you out. It's a good way to help boost creatures when they come on the field, especially if you're using tokens. For tokens, besides the regular {Field of Souls}, there is {Phantom General}, which gives a boost to all creature tokens. There are other cards such as {Emmara Tandris} that will help you with tokens, but only if you use tokens, which you might not need too have an excessive amount of as your deck does already focus on having a lot of creatures. As I personally focus on tokens, counters, and life gain for my deck, you might wanna check out my personnel deck as it has a LOT of singles, of which you might find some interesting things.
