My opponent casts {Spelltwine}. He targets legal targets in each of our graveyards. He argues that he may play the copies at anytime. Is this the case?
No. They're added to the stack during Spelltwine's resolution. If it was at any time, Spelltwine's would say so.

I have quite a few EDH decks but I doubt you'd want to buy them. Someone, I think it was Muggy, was selling EDH decks.
