What is the conceivably best casual deck?
Either {Fastbond} T1 decks or Storm T1 decks. Both lose to {Force of Will} but can force past that with {Pact of Negation}. I prefer {Fastbond} decks as they're more resilient and require less boring math.
I've got to disagree with you link.
While obvious those kind of uber broken decks are the most powerful, they are NOT the best casual decks.
Why? Because of the nature of casual.
When I sit die for a casual round I don't want the shuffling and setting up taking longer than the actual game. I want interaction, fun (and weird combo's).
The sensation that even if you lose, you can look back on a fun 30 minutes.
That's casual to me.
http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?topic=41632.0 fits the bill of a 'good' casual, in the sense that you can totally troll your opponent and in the end take his forces and kill him with his own troops.
I 100% agree with you, Kaylesh. However that's the most fun deck, not the "best" deck. I assumed the OP wanted the most powerful deck there was.
IMO the most fun decks are,
Counterburn. Especially with {Essence Backlash}.
Superfriends. Arguably my favourite archetype.
One shot burn decks. It may take a while but they can 20 to 0 you in one turn.
Mill. A lot of people will disagree with this but I really enjoy playing with/against fair mill decks.
Hug.
T1 suicide. It's only fun once but it's great.
T1 suicide Hug? LOL reminds me of a guy I used to work with that would jokingly tell ppl he could care less about that he would set himself on fire and give them a big bear hug. What is this deck made of? I wanna see if I can make it and name it after him.
While I don't know of a specific deck that will always win or is fun in casual, in my experience, {Possibilty Storm} makes the game interesting. It doesn't forcely win games, but really can make a deck that is normally weaker to a certain deck have better odds at winning. Again, it's also really fun 😊.

Pretty much all the Phyrexian mana cards, {Street Wraith}, fetches and shocks, anything that costs life
The plan is,
Fetch, shock self. (17/6)
Any Phyrexian mana card (15/5)
{Noxious Revival} said card (13/4)
{Street Wraith} cycle (11/4)
Re-cast Phyrexian card (9/3)
Pray for more {Street Wraith}s to finish yourself off.
It's not very consistent but I like {Serum Powder} for extra mulligans. There's also {Snuff Out} for some extra suicidal reach.
