Get some forks. That could help your deck out big time.

Thoughts and suggestions plz. I enjoy playing this deck and short of my friends elf deck it becomes the target in a multi player game. Used to run {trepination blade} but I trimmed it out to get down to 60.

Due to ur low mana count I'd saw put some Sol Rings in. A fork or two can also help you. I personally think there should be more of the basic lands, but just my opinion. You need a stronger, leading creature to base your deck off of, so I advise you get a legendary creature or even a Planeswalker like Chandra.

{Anowon, the rune sage} used to be in there but again trimmed him out to get to 60. So, put him in and a couple {sol rings} and maybe take switch out a couple dual lands for monos?

Make your deck more of a token deck and that will work, because you would have to sacrifice a creature too.

They're all vampires. 😁

If you wanna keep it vampire themed, get Sorin. If you want a pure black Planeswalker, get Lilliana.

{Sorin Markov} Would be my choice if I'd have to pick a walker.
However, at the moment you have a solid, fast paced aggro deck. If you go midrange/control with the suggestions of Coolie, I would run closer to 24 lands, but I think you can do fine with 20 in this build.
With two lands and a ritual you can pretty much cast anything in the deck.
I do think you might want to run the tribute, because if you cast it, you will most likely get a player below 10, which will make your {Guul Draz vampire}s that more scary for a one drop.

Edit: on lands: {dragonskull summit} is better than guildgate, so I'd consider switching the GG to two, or maybe even go shock land instead.

Thank you. I've spent a bit of time putting this deck together. I would love to replace one of these with some {captivating vampires}.

While nice, you'd really have to outpace your opponents, especially in a multiplayer game. You tap 5 vamps for their one creature. The vampires will not attack. So you don't do damage, and can't block (although you can steal a creature just before your turn, so you keep the block open).
Point is, it's a whole different deck you're looking at if you go that way.
The deck you have now is an aggro build. Cheap, fast, aggressive. With the control deck you'd want more token generation to get vamps out quick, more removal ({terror}, {bolt}, that sort of work.
{Sorin, Lord of Innistrad} in a black/white shell could prove better in such a deck. As I said, it's a whole different deck.

And before I forget: No to {fork}. Only 8 instants in there anyway.

Ah Coolie2, I admit, you did give me your suggestions and thoughts. Although I  suppose I wasn't as accepting of them as Kaylesh's. Lol however, thank you as well. You deserve the recognition just as much as Kaylesh did. 👍

Idk your play group but I'd start to carry some  {Blood Seeker}s especially if there are elves!

Now that's a suggestion that fits both builds. Also helps vs any other weenie deck, like Goblins, white rush things, etc.
And it can bleed in control, or just help you stomp them to death.

It's fine xD... I'm not as knowledgeable as Kaylesh on red decks, as I've only ever had a decent green white deck. Although, the duel deck of Sorin vs Tibault that I got includes both of your themes greatly. I'm not sure what it costs now but I still do have cards from that duel deck in my main deck.
