To protest the lack of communication between admins and users, r/magicTCG joined many other major subreddits in going private. The page and all content on it has become unacessable. Do you believe this was the correct decision? Opinions? Ideas?
Definitely correct. Some kind of communication needed to happen between the admins and the mods and the admins have proven they won't listen to messages and public complaints so I completely agree with the shutting off of the larger subreddits (askreddit, iama, etc).
Although I do understand why they did it, and feel it is completely justified, it is rather unfortunate this occurred the day of the full set release. I always enjoyed seeing peoples reactions / speculation on r/magicTCG.
People freakin out
Was it just the zach Jesse thing or its bigger then that?

It was a reddit thing for firing some lady named Victoria idk what happened but reddit is pissed
Basically the admins and the mods are mad because the admins never tell the mods anything, and they just let Victoria, an integral part of /r/Iama go for no reason, and with no warning. This was the straw that broke the camel's back not the only thing.
Aaand theyre back!
