{Eater of the Dead} + {Phenax, God of Deception} = tap the Eater, a player mills 4, hopefully mill a creature, exile a creature and untap, tap again and hopefully mill the whole deck.
Combine with some sac outlets for your own creatures of you need to keep it running, just exile your own.

Give him {dragon throne of tarkir}, and if there's just a couple creatures already in the yard, it can increase the odds of more creatures going in, and make an exponential mill.

If you slap it on Phenax, the guy doing the milling will get +4/+4, which means 8 cards milled instead of 4.
But so will {waste not} + {intruder alarm}, and any toughness increasing effect.
Nvm me. Not thinking straight. {waste not} triggers on discard.
