You have {thunderbreak regent} out and a {spellskythe}. Is there a way to change spellskythe's type to dragon?

{Mirror Entity} Also can do this & buff your skite.
{Shapesharer} Fits in nice when it is a shapeshifter, because you can activate spellskite and then turn him into a copy of thunderbreak.
Last but not least we have {Wings of Velis Vel}.
Found these by doing a search on "text" changeling, it gives all the cards who have changeling, so I could miss some that don't use that keyword.

{mist form sliver} also works, but then you gotta make it a sliver first.
{Conspiracy} {Xenograft} also work
{Runed Stalactite} is, IMO, the best option next to {Conspiracy} and {Xenocraft}.

It has "every creature type". It is a dragon goblin elf faerie rat etc etc shapeshifter.
Only {Mirror Entity} does that. The instants themselves are Tribal.
