Here's Bob Huang's deck tech.

The only modification I've made so far is to swap {Night's Whisper} for {Tormenting Voice} as I constantly found myself not having enough life to draw extra cards or needing to discard and not having an outlet. I'm strongly leaning towards cutting {Temple of Malice} and trying to get more {Desperate Ritual}s in the deck.
I've played my merfolk deck against something similar to this online. Once they {nourishing shoal}ed a {worldspine wurm}, there was no coming back. Sweet powerful deck. I don't know if I've ever seen {noxious revival}. How has it been?
I only played it once. I did it before I drew my 7 to buy back a {Nourishing Shoal}. It worked well but it's so situational that I question its spot in the deck.
Currently my problems are,
If I don't see a {Goryo's Vengeance}, I can't hit five mana for {Through the Breach} and I lose. 19 land does that.
Not drawing {Borborygmos Enraged} and losing.
It's a very powerful deck but I just haven't been having consistent games with it.
