Hopefully I won't see too many Jund lists, went to a GPT last week in San Antonio as well and out of 70 people there was only 3-4 jund lists
I think you might want some {mutagenic Growths} if you can get them, they're pretty sweet. Blanks bolt on everything and can make non lethal damage lethal. If you have Boros charms in here already then ignore this, but definitely play them. They're really good.

So are you suggesting I run them over bolts?

Also, should I take out the kessig wolf run and just add another stomping ground?
Yes. Small zoo can't fetch Kessig, and typically won't have enough mana to make a difference with it.
Ghor Clan is much, much better.
Advice on this
Do I run 3 {Eyes of the Wisent} sideboard or 3 {Thalia, Guardian of thraben}
Wisent shuts down all blue, Thalia shuts down all colors, burning tree can cheat out eyes but not talia. What do yall recommend
I'm not very up to date on the modern meta but I would think you're better off with Thalia as she does a similar ish role, though a little less well, but more broadly. Also, being a creature is a good upside. The enchantment (whatever it's called, I don't remember) is ok when being cast off BTE but besides that it's pretty much a do nothing for the turn, and maybe more than that.
