I think {Not of this World} is worth keeping.
Do you find tangle wire to be worth it?
Yes. Especially early game if you don't have the best rocks in your hand. Since Kozilek isn't going to land before turn 5 or so at best (with a poor hand) slowing everyone down helps. Plus, it slows you down the least :-)

I don't care if Kozilek eats removal - I'll recast him. I have Null Brooch as a much more general counter.
