Title: The finals, they're over!
Post by: Ekann1 on June 12, 2015, 04:28:39 PM
And my math final felt easy enough that I'm scared I got everything wrong... :P

Still, much happiness!

Calculus is easy. The hardest part is the algebra

When you say Calculus I immediately think back to my university year. Before that the subject was called Mathematics.
First line of the professor: You all made it through high school mathematics. Now, I want you to forget all that..
University grade Calculus was ok though, since a lot of what was told I knew already due to a more advanced level of math I followed.
(In the Netherlands of that time, the politicians decided everyone should pass math, so it was dumbed down)
That was, until we got to the complex system..
Man, try to envision a world where i squared is -1. I couldn't.

Oh and algebra is total fun.
Hope you passed Ekann!

Yeah it is. Just realize my wording was kinda off. I just can't really make calculations in the Complex system. Just as I can't see 3D in 2D.
It's just me.

I can't see 3D on a 2D system either. But then again, I can't tell the difference between regular and hi-def. all looks the same
i^2=-1
