I like greaves as I don't normally target my commander
Greaves is almost always better. Boots for Uril, or any equipment based general. I say run both.
I had a hard enough time getting my deck down to have enough room for 1 of them.
Whose the general? How many creatures you running? I generally find I have someone else to bind the greaves onto while I equip/enchant then move them back. Free equip is too good

Post the deck and I'll help you. I play only EDH and I've found that they are both worthy of a slot in most decks
My glissa the traitor deck has like 15 creatures and still runs both
