if I activate my {Blinkmoth Nexus} and {Ensoul Artifact} it, will it become a permanent 5/5 with mana ability?

No, at end of turn it will turn back into a land, at which point because it is nolonger and artifact the enchantment will fall off.

{darksteel citadel} is viable though. 5/5 indestructible with mana ability

I have a Modern deck built around {Ensoul Artifact} and {Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas}.

{Darksteel Relic}, {Darksteel Axe}, {Ornithopter}, {Vault Skirge}. Great targets. I've had a T1 5/5 {Vault Skirge} before.
