This is probably bad, but I'd like some help with the sideboard

I have a Jeskai control deck. I can bump it if you'd like.

How is {Cryptic command} working? Can you afford the{U}{U}{U} mana cost?

Most people run {Cryptic Command} as a 1-2 of. I personally don't run any.

I just wanted to know if it was ever a dead card because of mana cost.

Yes, which is why I don't run it.

If you spend enough $ and build the correct land base, triple {U} is usually fine. Sometimes that means reworking the deck a bit, but I would think the payoff is high enough. CC is so good.

Thanks it would be lovely! I don't use khans of tarkir cards because I think they don't all fit perfectly

I've been running 4, they seem heavy sometimes but they do the job. Do you think dissolve or dissipate are better?

If you have been able to cast it consistently, I say keep it. If you are having trouble, cut some and run a couple {Dissolve}s.
