fallout.bethsoft.com (http://fallout.bethsoft.com) changed to a timer yesterday that goes off in less than 30 minutes. If you click the fine print option it says in the bottom right corner "rating pending". Holy .poo., fallout 4 is coming.
Official trailer is now on their site! It takes place in Boston and, if the trailer is how interpreted, you play as a vault liver person from the now open Vault 111. Super cool, graphics are superb.
