Thoughts on this other hulk build compared to the previous perpheros builds?
I had started out with this one, realised it was boring, and built a better one that is less reliant on a super complicated sequence. Also, my builds are viscera seer builds not Purphuros builds. Purphuros is against Leyline of sanctity (which is main boarded in a lot of decks in my meta). This version also just concedes without hulk as it has no way to win. My version has backup plan of just playing a crappy game of affinity with a purph

Then how does your combo work?
Mine functions through dropping the hulk from footsteps of the Goryo, grabbing all my 0 cost dudes, a viscera seer and 3-4 disciple of the vault. Then I sac all the 0 cost duds and force 24-32 life to be lost by my opponent.
I'm missing the combo. Explain?
1. Put Protean Hulk in the graveyard (Izzet Charm, Faithless Looting, Ideas Unbound, Thoughtseize self).
2. Cast Footsteps of the Goryo on Protean Hulk.
3. Sacrifice Protean Hulk, get Body Double and Viscera Seer.
4. Body Double copies Protean Hulk, sacrifice Body Double and get Body Double and another Viscera Seer.
5. Body Double copies Protean Hulk, sacrifice Body Double and get Reveillark and Death Cultist.
6. Sacrifice Death Cultist (life drain), sacrifice Reveillark, Reveillark trigger returns Body Double and Death Cultist.
7. Body Double copies Reveillark, repeat process (infinite).
I added an extra step with #4 for a reason. The reason why we get another Viscera Seer instead of just going straight to the kill is to play around Lightning Bolt or a random removal spell. If you don't get a second Viscera Seer and they Bolt the original, your combo halts. This is a "better safe than sorry" step.

Again, I used to play this version till I discovered that mine was better and could still win without hulk
