Infect isn't aiming to be interactive, your goal is to kill them before they can stabilize. You can take out the removal spells with apostles blessing and vines. Blessing doubles as pseudo unblockable and vines is a pump spell too.
How are you casting {Plague Stinger}?
Also too many fetches, not enough actually targets.
