So fun to play, but.....It definitely needs work. I'm trying to get ahold of two {Ajani, Mentor of Heroes} to throw in here, but what else can I do to make it better?
Mana.
You can try to get some {Windswept Heath}, {Caves of Koilos} and {Llanowar Wastes} to smooth out your mana. Maybe even {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}. Even if you don't do that count your mana symbols and adjust your land a bit.
Creatures.
{Abzan Battle Priest}/{Abzan Falconer}/{Ainok Bond-Kin}/{Mek-Ek Nightblade}/{Tuskguard Captain}. Here we have Lifelink, flying, first strike, deathtouch and trample. IMO you should pick a few of these and pump the numbers up to four ofs. The first strike, trample and deathtouch combo is the best IMO. I'd cut the other two.
Unless you play multiplayer, in which case trample is your least relevant and flying is a must.
{Herald of Anafenza}: This card isn't as good as it sounds IMO. It's a one drop but it's kinda meh.
{Ivorytusk Fortress}: This seems kinda meh and kinda good at the same time. How is it in practice?
{Rakshasa Deathdealer}: While the card is great it's not the themes we have here. I'd drop it.
{Anafenza the Foremost}: I'd also consider her other incarnation.
{Abzan Ascendancy}: This should be a four of IMO. You have your lords on the field, drop this and everything becomes awesome.
{Abzan Charm}: I also think this should be a four of. So much utility.
{Despise}: I'd probably cut or SB these. And upgrade them to {Thoughtsieze} if you can.
{Dictate of Erebos}: While it's great you're not really abusing it, so I'd drop it.
{Elspeth, Sun's Champion}: While she's very good she doesn't really synergies with your deck. I'd sideboard it for control and longer games.
{Feat of Resistance}: IMO a four of.
{Hardened Scales}: Idk if these are four of or cut completely. How are they performing?
{Kill Shot}: *cringes* at least run {Devouring Light}. Or just don't run this.
{Murderous Cut}: Now, /this/ is good.
{Ordeal of Erebos}/{Ordeal of Nylea}: While these seem awesome I feel like they're not as good in practice. Especially at one of.
{Solidarity of Heroes}: Does anything really get enough counters to be worth it?
Now, suggestions!
{Ajani Steadfast}: Functions like {Abzan Ascendancy}. Don't know if I'd be running this one or {Ajani, Mentor of Heroes}. Up to you.
{Servant of the Scale}: A very nice one drop for this style of deck.
{Map the Wastes}: Seems good. Gives you ramp that you have 0 of.
{Genesis Hydra}: Enters with counters and hopefully something else.
{Hooded Hydra}: Could be nice.
Idk I liked it but {inspiring call} for card draw and board wipe protection
