{Deadeye Navigator}: Refuel Kaho, counter stuff with Venser. Save stuff. Yeah.
{Guard Gomazoa}: Come at me bro.

Intimidators: These are cards to grab with Kaho to make your opponent think twice about what they're doing. This is deck of mind games, and these are the powerhouses.
{Gather Specimens}: Go ahead, try to combo. I dare you. Worse case scenario it's a better {Control Magic}.
{Redirect}: That {Cruel Ultimatum} isn't going your way. You're infinite mana-ing a {Fireball}? Return to sender.
{Spelljack}: Some epic intimidation when it's in Kaho's arsenal. They're not likely to cast anything important when they see this.
{Desertion}: A worse {Spelljack}. Still impressive.
{Evacuation}: This could be in the answers section but it's here instead.
{Time Stop}: You get no turn. Fantastic intimidation and amazing on {Elite Arcanist}.
{Sunder}: I wanted to combo with this. I really did.
{Supplant Form}: Send back that {Blightsteel} and get one for yourself.
8 Intimidators
Utility: the cards that get stuff done. Or just wouldn't fit anywhere else.
{Thousand-Year Elixir}: Extra value out of Kaho and {Elite Arcanist}.
{Isochron Scepter}: There are so many good picks for this, it's silly.
{Elixir of Immortality}: This serves dual purposes as a lifesaver and a card reseter. Allowing me to put cards back in my library and tutor them again.
{Training Grounds}: MVP. Seriously. {Dissolve} for {1}?
{Cyclonic Rift}: A blue EDH staple.
{Twincast}: So many options. I was going to do the {Traumatize} + {Twincast} + {Psychic Spiral} combo but I didn't make room.
{Leyline of Anticipation}: If this works like I think, I can instant speed Kaho from the command zone and tutor what I need for whatever's going on. Even if not from the command zone, Kaho spends a lot of time in my hand.
{Oona's Grace}: Card advantage.
{Cackling Counterpart}: Extra {Elite Arcanist}? Can be tutored and goes straight to the GY for flash back.
{Pulse of the Grid}: Card advantage! Plus it goes back to my hand if I tutor cast it.
{Heartstone}: {Training Grounds} is so powerful this worse version got in.
{Learn from the Past}: Anti-mill, reset to re-tutor and I draw a card. Not bad.
{Muddle the Mixture}: Is it a tutor? Is it a counter? Yes.
13 Utility
Bouncers: 9/10 times you're going to want to grab one of these with Kaho so it can save itself and reset for more spells.
{Snapback}: The alternate cost is epic.
{Æther Tradewinds}: Tradewinds? I get the better deal.
{Repulse}: And draw.
{Unsummon}: The cheap one.
{Voyage's End}: The Scry one.
{Snap}: The "free" one.
{Call to Heel}: The replaces self one.
{Peel from Reality}: The two for one.
{Boomerang}: The boomerang. YEAH!
{Curfew}: Why is this not a staple? Go home, it's past your bedtime.

Fast ramp doesn't help much, I need coloured mana. I'm debating the {Grim Monolith} combo, but otherwise it's not worth the slot. I'd rather be running {Astral Cornucopia} or something because it gives me coloured and has no draw backs. And even then I'm skeptical.
Yes I need {Swiftfoot Boots}. {Lightning Greaves} would give me an awkward situation where I need to bounce Kaho but can't, so I'm leaning away from that. I do have {Thousand-Year Elixir} for hasty activations. But I agree that it's not enough.

But in all seriousness, play {Gilded Lotus} (pretty much strictly better here, or anywhere), or something. Anything. Just not that. SO BAD.
{Gilded Lotus} is good. I'll add that. I'm thinking {Gauntlet of Power} for sure and maybe {Sky Diamond} and {Darksteel Ingot}. {Caged Sun} as well.

Be careful with Gauntlet, lots of people like blue. Caged Sun is nice, if more expensive.
Deadeye+ palinchron is a second infinite mana combo....
The problem with all that expensive ramp is that it really doesn't ramp you when you need it. You need to ramp in the early game, not on turn 5.

Exactly. You want the fast ramp. Not {mana crypt} though. That is not good when you are playing control.
What do I need ramp for though? I mean really not much. And all the mana doublers combo with {Palichron}.

Indeed. So {Sol Ring}, {Sky Diamond}, {Gilded Lotus} and {Caged Sun}. {Caged Sun} more for the combo wombo. I'll work on the {Grim Monolith} combo and probably dig up some more infinite mana win cons.
