Title: Humility

{Humility}, will it affect creatures with ETB effects, say {Snapcaster Mage}?

Yes. While {humility} is on the battlefield, all abilities of creatures are nullified except for replacement effects, ex. {emrakul}'s when it hits the graveyard type effects.

As soon as a creature would hit the battlefield, {humility} says: 1/1 vanilla. So indeed no etb abilities. Once the creature is no longer on the battlefield, humility no longer applies, so all yard or hand abilities just function. (Cycling, dredge, etc.)
