Do 2 {Enduring Scalelord}s do what I think they do?
I remember seeing this talked about before. The consensus was, yes. Yes they do
{Rhox Faithmender} x2 used to be my favorite till I read this post...

This isn't infinite life
I'm quite noobish, so could you please explain how it isnt?
What I'm seeing is:
*gain 5 somehow*
Rhox 1: "You're gaining 5? Make it 10."
Rhox 2: "You're gaining 10? Make it 20."
Rhox 1: "You're gaining 20? Make it 40."
Rhox 2: "You're gaining 40? Make it 80."
...etc.

They only trigger on the life gaining event and then increase it
So it's gain 5, R1 says make it 10, R2 says make it twenty, they look at each other, say they both got to trigger, agree they are happy and you gain 20 life
Now for the rules explanation, trigger goes on stack, and causes doubling, but once it resolves there are not more triggers from it if that makes sense
Yes, I just read the Q/A about pancakes...Very lovely explanation.
Calling Faithmender a trigger is innaccurate. It's a replacement effect, specifically one that replaces the action of gaining X life with gaining X time 2 life. A replacement effect can only apply to a given event once, which prevent them from going infinite. If you gain 1 life with two out, the first one applies to make it 2, then the second one makes it 4. Since both have already done something to the event, they can't do any more.

And to think there is an event deck with two in them as I understood. Must be the first time an infinite combo entered an event deck.
