{isochron scepter} seems good with all these fogs. And if you run that run remand and path to exile so you can remand lock them or path lock them out of playing magic.
So what would you take out/put in?
Why not {Explore} and {Summer Bloom} effects?

What do you do against burn
I simply can't figure out what to do.. I want 4 {amulet of vigor} and splits of {azusa, lost but seeking} and {oracle of mul daya}. Any tips on cards against burn? I was thinking mainboard 4 {leyline of sanctity}.
I'd probably do something like this:
4 {maze's end}
2 {izzet guildgate}
2 {golgari guildgate}
2 {orzhov guildgate}
2 {Dimir guildgate}
2 {gruul guildgate}
2 {rakdos guildgate}
2 {simic guildgate}
2 {azorius guildgate}
2 {boros guildgate}
2 {selesnya guildgate}
24 lands
4 {isochron scepter}
4 {fog}
4 {holy day}
4 {path to exile}
4 {remand}
16 things to put on a scepter
4 {expedition map}
4 {amulet of vigor}
8 artifacts
2 {Azusa, lost but seeking}
2 {oracle of mul daya}
4 {explore}
8 hit more land drops cards
Could definitely use some improvement but that's what I'd do off the top of my head.
The sideboard would basically just be a bunch of enchantment destruction because blood moon exists..

Will playtest, looks awesome IMO! I just think i want to find mainboard (most likely going to be in SB, {Leyline of Sanctity}.

Yea. The problem with maining a card like leyline is just that it's so bad in matchups like fish or UR delver or whatever. It's amazing against burn and GBx but outside of that...
My Meta is Aggro/Burn (; Lol. But imma side it.

I could totally see it in the right meta. If someone mained leyline around here they'd get total blow outs approx 1/5th of the time. The rest it's just a card that starts on the battlefield and does nothing.
I don't really like fast games.. I prefer to make my opponent suffer. I'm running Esper Dragon's in standard. XD
My friend has a similar deck and he runs a single copy of {door to nothingness} as an alternate win condition. You probably dont need it though.
